Terms & Conditions
These Conditions apply to all contracts entered into by Avashion Ltd® (the "Seller"). By placing an order with the Seller or accepting the Seller's quotation, the Buyer agrees to deal with the Seller on these Conditions to the exclusion of all other terms, conditions, warranties or representations. The Seller may vary these conditions at any time subject to giving reasonable notice of such amendment to the Buyer.
We currently only accept PayPal payments and Bank Transfer
Please note that paying by e-Cheque through PayPal can delay the shipment by up to two weeks while payment clears through the PayPal system.
Please consult the PayPal website for further details about e-Cheques. Payment is required at the point of check out. We cannot process your order without payment.
Items in stock will be despatched immediately with Royal Mail Traced 48 or Parcelforce 24. For other next day delivery service please contact us for a quotation.
For other International shipping please contact us for a quotation.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you're pleased with your purchase from Avashion Shop.
If you have just simply changed your mind and feel you need to return the item then please return it within 14 working days for a full refund. The item must be in a re-saleable condition i.e. the item must be unused and the packaging must still be intact.
Any damages, shortages or items that do not match what you expected must be notified to us within 14 days by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please quote your order number, name and address, description of the product and the reason, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
All items returned must be in their original, undamaged packaging and must be in an unused condition (except only in the case of products which have been discovered to be faulty upon use)
All costs incurred in returning the item will be the sole responsibility of the buyer (unless goods are faulty). We will provide free postage label for return.
